Tourist Park - Campground
|
 |
*Campground will close November 20, 2011 for the winter.*
Watford City's Tourist Park nestles along the banks of Cherry Creek on the east side of Watford City near the McKenzie County Fairgrounds. This City park is a wonderful spot for groups to gather.
The park is equipped with a beautiful performing arts stage, bathrooms and showers, a children's playground, covered shelters, picnic tables, fire and horseshoe pits and campsites for tents and campers.
Surrounding the shaded beauty of the Tourist Park is a modern, cement walk-bike path. A favorite with locals and vacationers alike, the two mile bike path winds its way around Cherry Creek and through the city.
